Site-specific works between space, colour and perception.
Ordinatio is an ongoing series of works in public space, developed since 2011. Each work is created for a specific site and responds to its architecture, use and atmosphere.
Different materials, scales and forms of appearance are brought together by a shared question: how can space, colour, structure and perception enter into relation with one another?
The works are numbered consecutively, extending the series from site to site. Each new project stands on its own while remaining part of a larger context.

Ordinatio III
Lines, planes and colour take up the vertical rhythm of the louvred façade and develop it into a spatial composition between building and open space.

Ordinatio IV
Individually painted louvres combine to form a single shape. Readable as separate elements, they develop their own dynamic together and alter the perception of the façade.

Nest – Ordinatio V
Lines, colour and spatial interventions take up the movements within the building. Together they create concentrations, directions and a new rhythm in space.

Spur – Ordinatio VI
Colour interventions take up routes, lines of sight and transitions. They connect different areas of the school and create orientation, rhythm and spatial tension.
